         Hello.  I'm Cheryl and live on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.  I've been married for 31 years and have three gorgeous boys and two cute doggies. I've always been interested in craft and done many different things.  In 1999, I completed a two year Diploma of Arts in Ceramics.  This is where I developed my love of design.  After a while I needed to do something that was less time intensive and so, off to school again to train as a makeup artist.  After a couple of years working with Brides and their attendants, I took what was to be a short break, and this is when the jewellery bug bit.

I've been making jewellery for four years now and absolutely love it. To complement the jewellery, I've started making Lampwork beads.  This is such a fabulously fun way to spend some hours.  I started with a hot head torch, very noisy, and now use a mini cc with a concentrator and propane.  All the beads are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln, and are then thoroughly cleaned to remove all the bead release.

The Lampwork beads are made from imported Italian and czech glass and the jewellery is made up with swarovski crystals,  fresh water pearls, sterling silver, gorgeous bali silver, .925 silver, vermeil and gold filled beads and findings.

The Fashion jewellery is made with high quality beads and findings including freshwater and blister pearls, gemstones, czech crystals, czech glass pearls, silver and gold plate beads and findings,  and non tarnish artistic wire.

It has taken me a long time to find the right career path, but I'm there now and loving every minute.
